Do you have puzzles in different sizes and numbers of pieces?
We focus on making our puzzles with a specially designed die-cut for The PUZL. 502 unique pieces with a complete puzzle size of 56×40 cm and 40×56 cm. No other sizes are available at the moment.

Do you use eco-friendly materials in your puzzles?
Yes, paper and cardboard in our puzzles are both FSC-certified and made from recycled materials.

Do you refill puzzles when they are sold out?
Yes, if our Originals are out of stock, there are always a new batch on the way in. However, our Limited Edition puzzles with poster are only produced in the predetermined number.

How long does it take to solve your 502-pieces puzzle?
All our motives have challenges to stimulate your brain. Difficulty levels vary between motifs, but it takes about 7-10 hours to solve our puzzles.

Does your puzzle specification differs from others on the market?
Our puzzles are made with a black premium board and a thicker and more compact quality than standard. We do also seal the motif with a matte scratch-free lamination. We attach great importance to the level of ambition around packaging, motives, collaboration and customer experience.

Can I frame the puzzle?
You can absolutely frame the puzzle. We suggest that you use a puzzle glue of good quality and of course a beautiful frame and scratch-free glass.

When do you plan to launch the possibility of doing personal puzzles?
We are working full time to be able to launch this service during the autumn, 2022. Sign up for our newsletter below, and we promise to keep you updated.

What is the size of the puzzle box?
220 x 320 x 55 mm

ORDER & DELIVERY

Did my order go through successfully?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email with the details. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you are unsure about whether your order has been successfully placed, you are welcome to contact us at info@thepuzl.com

How long will it take until I receive my order?
We are doing our best to ship all our in-stock items within 2 business days from our warehouse in Sweden. If the product is out of stock, the delivery time depends on the current production time for the specific puzzle. Please contact us for more details.

How do you deliver my order?
In Sweden, we use Postnord and Budbee. For our international orders we use UPS. The checkout shows which delivery options that are possible based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
We deliver our products to the countries/markets that are available in our selector in the meny. If you are purchasing outside of the EU you may have to pay customs and import duties. They are stipulated by individual countries. We do recommend that you check what your country’s import duty and tax regulations are before purchasing.

Can I buy your products elsewhere except at www.thepuzl.com?
At present we only sell via our own webshop.

PAYMENT

How do I pay for my order online?
When placing your order, we require payment in full before it can be processed. You can choose to pay using the payment methods offered by Klarna, Credit/Debit card and Swish.

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?
You have the opportunity to return the products within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition with unbroken sealed plastic around the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For more information, click here.

CLAIMS & WARRANTY

What if one or more pieces are missing in the packaging of my brand new puzzle?
In the event of missing pieces from a brand-new puzzle contact us at info@thepuzl.com and we will help you.

I have lost a puzzle piece somewhere. Can I order a replacement piece?
We know how upsetting it can be to lose a piece. Send us an e-mail and we will do our best to get a replacement sent to you.
