We offer free shipping within Sweden to boxes. The international shipping costs are differentiated for each country. With the correct country setting of market in the header, you will find the shipping cost in the checkout. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Sweden on weekdays (excluding Swedish holidays).

When ordering to countries outside the EU, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay import tax and duty according to local rules. The amount of tax and payment obligation is different in all countries. In some cases, the carrier may ask you for an advance payment for the tax and customs.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition with sealed plastic around the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Are the puzzle pieces unique?
Yes, we have designed every piece of the puzzle ourselves. We consider that as an important part of the puzzle experience.

Why are there extra unique pieces in the middle of the puzzle?
We love that little extra. The six pieces that are placed in the middle form our symbol and create a nice opportunity to be able to start from the middle when the puzzle is to be put together.

Where do I see the motif?
In the black folder inside the package you will find 2 identical motif cards. Perfect when there are two of you puzzling.

Is the puzzle of good quality?
We use a black premium board that has a very compact and solid feel. The puzzle pieces have a thickness of 2.3 mm and are made from recycled paper. We strive to offer you a puzzle that you have never experienced before, quality is an important part.

Can I order a puzzle in a different size and number of pieces than you offer?
No, currently we only have 502-piece puzzles in the size 56×40 cm.

Is the box included in the price?
Yes of course.

Will the image be printed on the puzzle box as well?
No, the image is printed on the puzzle as well as on 2 identical motif cards which are in a black folder inside the box.

Who writes the title of the puzzle on the side of the box?
To make it unique all the way, we let you come up with the best title and write it on the box yourself.

Is it possible to customize the design of the box?
No, the box has the same look for everyone.

I don’t know if my image is ok to print. Can you check it?
Of course we can help you with this. Email the image and a comment to us at hello@thepuzl.com and we’ll help you.

Can the image be in landscape/portrait?
Yes, the image can be in landscape as well as portrait.

What if my uploaded photo is of poor quality?
We will then get back to you and try to find a solution on how we can help you to improve the existing image, advise you to choose another image or you can get your money back.

What data formats do you allow?
Pretty much all image file formats known on the market.

What resolution should the image have?
The rule of thumb is that the higher the resolution of the file, the better the print quality will be.

Can I make a puzzle with a collage of images, i.e. more than 1 image?
You can only upload 1 image, but if you are knowledgeable, you can assemble your collage yourself in an image editing program and then upload that image.

Is it allowed to use any images, even those that have been downloaded from the Internet?
You may only use images that you own or images that you have received permission to reproduce from the image owner.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
Assuming we get an OK on the proof we send you, we will send the personalized puzzle to you within 9 working days from our production in Sweden.

What payment methods do you offer?
When you place your order, we require full payment before it can be processed. You can choose to pay with the payment methods that Klarna offers, Credit/Debit card or Swish.

Can a company pay via invoice?
A company with an order of more than 10 puzzles can be offered payment via invoice. Send us an email at hello@thepuzl.com and we will help you.

Will I be notified when my payment has gone through?
Absolutely, immediately after the purchase is completed you will receive a confirmation in the browser. And you will alos receive an order confirmation by email a few minutes later.
